Giusy Falcone

Giusy is a graduate student (Ph.D.) in the Department of Aerospace Engineering at Illinois. She received her B.S. in Aerospace Engineering and her M.S. in Space Engineering at the University of Pisa, Italy. Her research area includes guidance, navigation, and control system design for space applications with a particular focus on entry, descent, and landing technologies. Her personal motivation is the most ancient one, the human desire for discovering new worlds.
